The park includes the Emerald Glen Recreation and Aquatic Complex (‘The Wave’), which has two ponds, a water slide tower, a Splash Zone, and a community center. Fields Of Sports

The sports fields are available for rental by the group at Emerald Glen Park. For more information please visit our Sports Fields and Courts page. The sports fields are closed annually for repairs between December 16 and the end of February.

Group Places for Picnics

Emerald Glen Park has five picnic areas for reservations that are open. If no inflatable jump houses or other equipment would be required, reservations can be made by completing the Community Picnic Area Application, or online.

Please Note: Proposals for the use of inflatable jump houses must be accepted in advance upon completion of the Application and are only permitted in areas A, B, C of Emerald Glen.

Picnic Area Locations:

  • Emerald Glen Area A has 56 seats and one BBQ and one drain.
  • Emerald Glen Area B has 48 seats and one BBQ and one drain.
  • Seats 96 for Emerald Glen Area C and has two BBQs and two sinks.
  • The neighboring areas are Emerald Glen Areas A, B, C and can be leased in combination for up to 200 seats.
  • Area D of Emerald Glen seats 36 and has five BBQs.
  • Area E of Emerald Glen seats 24 and has five BBQs.

Play Area for Water

The water play area is usually available from the weekend of Memorial Day through the weekend of Labor Day, every day from 11:00 a.m. From 7:00 p.m. The 100-foot-long arched water feature consists of 60, 9-inch-wide polished stainless steel plates from which water sheets emanate. The mirrored surface angle represents the patterns of the waves from below the water surface.

This is a perfect place for your children to stroll, jog or take them out. It is developed in a newer section and surrounded by a pleasant neighborhood of $1 million homes in Dublin (hey, welcome to the area).
