Since January 2015, Claire Mognaga has been the principal at Frederiksen Elementary School. Over the past 26 years, she has been an educator and has been working in the Dublin Unified School District since 2001. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Davis and a Masters of Educational Leadership degree, a Multiple Subject Teaching Certificate, and a Cal State University Hayward Administrative Credential (East Bay). Mrs. Mognaga has taught grades 3 through 6 and has worked with the TriValley Teacher Induction Project as the district supervisor and an instructional support instructor, helping new teachers across grades K-12. The Mrs. During the 2001-2003 school years at Frederiksen, Mognaga taught grades 3, 4, and 5 and is delighted to be back as the principal of this wonderful school now!
They are updating a disaster protection plan to ensure that we have the best atmosphere for our students in our ongoing efforts to provide for the safety of the children at Frederiksen School. The Dublin Police and Frederiksen School staff members will be responsible for a safety perimeter around the school during any potential form of disaster or emergency situations such as police-related emergencies, earthquakes, explosions, or hazardous spills in the surrounding area, which will not enable non-emergency services personnel to access the school grounds. To all families, our commitment is that we will take every action to protect your kids.
All future emergencies can not be foreseen, but they are exploring the most productive way to use our resources to respond urgently to those emergencies that can not be prevented. Any catastrophe can cause inconvenience for all of us. They share the responsibility for emergency response as school administrators, members of the School Safety Team, and you as parents.
